This shampoo is amazing. I've tried every dandruff shampoo including a prescription ketaconzale shampoo. This shampoo soothes and heals my irriated dry scalp. I wish I would have found it sooner.

I've been using this shampoo for 3 years for my oily scalp. Nothing works betther than this one. I am not too fond of the herbal fragrance but it is NOT that bad as other reviewr says. I use more fragrant conditioner to compromise the herb smell.

I tried this only once and could not tolerate the terrible smell. It's neither herbal nor medicinal to me, but smells strongly of black pepper. It honestly is nauseating and I wish I had thought to check the scent before using this shampoo. I would have returned it if I had not opened it.

This is the only shampoo I have used since 1999. I cannot live without it, IT WORKS!!! But in 1999 I was able to get a 12 ounce bottle for $14.00.

The smell is herbal, but the effectiveness makes up for it. It got rid of my dandruff and really soothes an itchy scalp. I can't use it every time though, it dries my oily colored hair a little.
