sensitive skin due to hard water. My husband bought me this cream and it was the only solution to my problems. I tried other creams, but they would wash off pretty quickly. This one was amazing. I love it and definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with hard water issues.

skin care products that L'Occitane produces that I LOVE. However this is not one of them. Perhaps my skin is not dry enough because this cream leaves a residue on my face after I apply it. It feels dirty.

05/09/2009This cream smells good, but it is not as good as what some people described as "the best hydro cream". My skin is very dry and I have tried many hydro products. I got this cream last week and was be able to use it for few days. And I found that it looks soft and creamy after you apply on the face but it looks kind of oily. And it won't last until the morning, “24HR hydration” not really, my skin is very dry when I woke up. I guess it is not working for everyone.

11/13/2008This is THE moisturizer you need when you feel hopeless with extremely
dry skin on your face. I still use an extra cream underneath but I do not finish off without this cream in the winter. I feel safe and protected all day long and I do not find any wrinkles from dryness after the day is over. I can smile and laugh all I want worry-free. An absolute must for
dry skin!!

07/14/2008I've been using L'Occitane products for years now because of how well their products have worked for me. With sensative skin (not dry) but unbalanced, this product has done awesome work. I prefer to use it at night since it's when the skin goes in 'repair' mode. I use the CADE Youth cream for daytime (in summer) since it tends to be less 'creamy' for my skin. But come winter, I'll be using this day and night.

dry skin. I have used everything from La Mer to La Prarie to Oil of Olay. Neither Super expensive brands nor drugstore brands helped keep my face moist for more than three or four hours, but this stuff applied twice a day, really does work. It's amazing. Before, my face was so dry, I couldn't even wear makeup because of how flaky I looked. This stuff doesn't even clog more pores. I LOVE it!!

Shea Butter face cream after I read so many good reviews on this product. And this product is just amazing! My face stopped itching and flaking and I'm able to keep my face hydrated all day long (I apply twice a day after showering). Worth every cent!

sensitive skin. In addition, I have allergies that cause my eyes to itch and sinuses to swell. I also live in a dry, mountain climate--very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. This product is the best I have ever tried. I use it twice a day, and have for about 2 years. Everyone wonders why I look so young! (age 59) An additional bonus: when I smooth it on my face, the feel and smell brightens my spirit! Thanks so much.
