lavender. I carry it in my purse at all times; one never knows when you need that little "whiff" to get you through waiting in that long line wherever you may be! Don't let the little bottle fool you...it goes a long way.

10/28/2008AOC is a very popular restaurant in L.A. (and rightfully so-everything about it and its owner/chef is AWESOME), but since I've discovered L'Occitane, I'm learning about the meaning of "AOC" from a non-culinary view. This is THE BEST
lavender
essential oil I have ever experienced. I do believe "AOC" is what makes the difference. Many imitate, but none can compare - can't beat the original. You'll stop whining about the price when you get a whiff of this stuff.

08/05/2008I am completely hooked on this - I use it every night on my pillow. At first, I mixed it with water to make pillow mist, but then I started using it straight out of the bottle - about 5 drops on my pillow and I fall asleep fast. I actually can't go to sleep without this anymore!

lavender Oil does a great job of relaxing you, particularly when you're under stress. It's great as perfume for home or (as a Floridian I should know) as mosquito repellent. You'll find tons of uses for this very versatile product. Try it!

07/08/2008I had a stressful visit to NYC this summer and by the end of the week, a massive headache to match. I stumbled on the L'Occitane shop at the Time Warner Building and purchased one of the last bottles of
lavender
essential oil. I used a dab on my temples to help alleviate my headache. By the time I reached Honolulu, my headache was gone and I actually got several hours of sleep on the flight!

04/18/2008This is an exceptional product for creating a calming environment. In the winter, I place a few drops of it in my humidifier, and it evaporates into the air. The scent is throughout the house and many friends and family comment on this when the visit. If used in small amounts, it is not an overpowering scent but a very relaxing and comforting scent.
