The international headquarters are split between Paris, France and Manosque, France. Manosque is located in Provence, in the south of France, just a few miles from where L'OCCITANE was founded. The headquarters of our U.S. division is in New York City. Some of the departments located in NYC include: Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Retail and E-Commerce.

L'OCCITANE currently has more than 170 boutiques in 32 states of the United States of America. Worldwide, L'OCCITANE has over 1,500 boutiques and is located in more than 80 countries. Some of these countries include Australia, France, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

L'OCCITANE U.S. currently employs over 800 associates. L'OCCITANE’s population is comprised of both full-time and part-time associates.

When hiring, L'OCCITANE endeavors to identify people who share its vision, who are passionate about its products, and who are committed to meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations of excellent service. If there is an open position that matches your qualifications someone from our Human Resources team will contact you for an interview. If our Human Resources Department acknowledges an open position that matches your resume, you will be contacted by one of our associates. After the first interview with Human Resources, if there is a match with any open positions, we will then set up a second interview with the hiring manager. The interview process may require more than one visit to our offices. Certain positions may also require skill testing, drug screening and/or background checks prior to employment.
