Allocation Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Channels, Forecasting and Distribution to evaluate selling information and forecasts to ensure allocation represents true demand.
- Product allocation, replenishment and adjustments, including allocation of new products for specific marketing events, windows and promotions.
- Assist in implementation of new procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stores regarding product status (new arrivals, out of stock, quality issues).
- Provide Managers with a list of weekly accomplishments/sales performances of allocated stores.
Skills Needed:
- 2-3 Years retail experience preferred

Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of the construction process from start to finish.
- Work with local architects to produce construction drawings for competitive bidding, permitting and landlord reviews.
- Attend construction job site meetings and oversee the work being done by the general contractor.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings and communicate with Corporate/Retail Management and project team members regarding schedules and construction progress updates.
- Coordinate turn-over of stores to Retail Management and ensure that the opening dates are achieved.
Skills Needed:
- 5+ Years of retail construction management experience in high-end retail.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create new homepage visuals for e-commerce site.
- Design and create new e-mail visuals.
- Create new product and promotional visuals, including photography of product.
- Ensure design coherency between different country websites.
- Ensure design coherency with L'OCCITANE brand.
- Convert existing product copy to e-commerce specific copy.
- Manage campaign briefing process and international deadlines.
Skills Needed:
- 5+ years of experience in web graphic design, preferably for an e-commerce site
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- Knowledge of website design best practices, and understanding of how design can affect customer traffic and sales
- Bachelors degree required
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Help Desk Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and on-site technical support for a wide range of IT systems.
- Monitor store systems data communications.
- Provide support functions for current systems, including Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Point-Of-Sale, including emergency on-call support.
- Work with various ISP's for repair and maintenance issues.
- Oversee business partners, including management of user profiles and security.

Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison for all associates and Corporate Management concerning the communication and reinforcement of all policies and procedures.
- Proactively partner with field management to support all HR functions – such as recruitment, selection and hiring, as well as performance management, coaching and counseling.
- Visit stores and departments to offer training on HR policy and procedure, and assist in maintaining HR information on associates at store and department level.
- Respond to associate relations issues such as career benefit and payroll questions.
- Spearhead various HR initiatives including annual benefits open enrollment, yearly performance review process, training at the annual Store Manager Sales Conference and holiday recruitment preparation and execution.

Internship Program-Corporate Office
- L'OCCITANE offers different types of Internships to meet the business needs of certain departments, as well as an individual’s needs.
- Individual will receive a comprehensive business experience through class and hands on training.
Examples of where and what an intern may work on are outlined below:
Human Resources:
- Partner with a HR Generalist to support special projects for HR department (ex: Recruitment Campaign, Performance Management and Holiday Planning).
- Support all Human Resources processes including interviewing, training, paperwork, and policy development.
Marketing and Merchandising:
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure successful implementation of segment strategy for each product launch and new campaign (skincare, body care or fragrances).
- Support both in corporate and at store level the creation and execution of a product window.
Retail Operations:
- Partner with Operations Manager in the development and execution of the annual Store Manager’s Sales Conference from: vendor and site selection; travel arrangements and communications.
- Support special retail projects, such as store incentive programs, policy and procedure review and enhancements.
B2B, Corporate Gift, Wholesale, and Web:
- Partner with one of these departments to learn specific details about product knowledge and the sales process.
- Support special sales initiatives within any of these departments to help the team reach its sales goals.
Skills Needed:
- Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Retail interest preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall success driving sales, reinforcing operations, and store leadership development, as well as overall customer service and brand integrity for a specific district.
- Audit store for standards in sales, operations, and merchandising as well as policies and procedures.
- Control and optimize store schedules, payroll, and expenses.
- Proactively analyze sales results and propose action plan for improving and increasing results.

Major Responsibilities:
