The Immortelle Brightening Shield SPF40 offers triple action benefits to correct wrinkles, unify the complexion and protect skin against the sun’s harmful ultra violet rays. A key product within the Immortelle Brightening collection, the Brightening Shield includes both Immortelle essential oil and Bellis Perennis (Daisy) extract. These Mediterranean “flowers of light” have complementary effects:
- Immortelle essential oil stimulates collagen production, filling in wrinkles and firming the skin*
- Bellis perennis extract brightens the complexion while evening skin tone*

Our new formula includes Garden Nasturtium extract which enhances the skin’s natural ability to reflect light. Your complexion will be smoother and brighter, with a healthy, youthful glow. Additionally, skin is protected by mineral origin UV filters, to prevent the appearance of dark spots. A combination of Sunflower, Ivy and Rice Loaf extracts fight against the harmful effects of pollution.

I have sensitive skin so I bought this spf based on the reviews. I had breakouts after 3 days of using it and it's so expensive. L'occitane is way over price and the products are not even as effective as their descriptions. I'm not gonna invest my skin on this expensive L'occitane.

I love this product it doesn't irritate eyes or skin as so many other sunscreens do and disappears when applied.

I switched from the Angelica UV shield, to the Shea Ultra Moisturizing Fluid, and now to the Immortelle UV shield. The first two had strong scents, felt like I was wearing sunscreen, and broke me out. The brightening UV shield applies like water/serum and then disappears. I did not feel like I had a mask on my face, and my skin could breathe. I definitely recommend this for oily/combo skin, or anybody that doesn't want to feel like they have sunscreen on their face.

I'm tanned, oily, extremely dehydrated and this is the best sunscreen I've used in a very long time to treat all of the things I hate about my skin: discoloration, large pores, dryness, oiliness, dullness and acne. I don't break out from this sunscreen and it alleviates me from having to layer on a moisturizer, a sunscreen then a primer. The guys in my family also give it a thumbs up and that says alot! The best SPF product in the whole collection and worth every penny spent. Exceptional!

I have spent years, and countless dollars, seeking a good sunscreen for my face - something I would be willing to use everyday. I hated the oily and shiney effects of the other products I tried. This is absolutely the best facial sunscreen available anywhere. I have very sensitive skin, and this product blends in instantly, leaves no white residue or shine, and my skin feels soft and balanced.

This sunscreen is what I've been searching for for my super sensitive skin! It's the only sunscreen I've tried that doesn't irritate my skin or leave a white finish. It's the best of both worlds!
