Due to the recent storms in the Northeast, the L’OCCITANE Customer Service has lost phone service. We hope to have the power re-instated soon, although we’ve been told to expect to be without power until Wednesday. We will still be answering inquiries made from the website in the interim. We apologize for the inconvenience. Any express and overnight orders placed between 3/12 and 3/15 will be delayed. We will resume shipping as soon as power is restored.
