The refill is always out.. Very unhappy about it. I go on the list, I get an email it's in, try to order, it's out. Not happy. Love the soap. My
sensitive skin needs the soap.

I love Loccitane products, but this Verbena hand
soap smells just like lemon Pledge furniture polish, I can't stand the smell of this! Loccitane should make a
liquid soap in the shea
body lotion smell, much, much better smell!

I agree. It is too hard to get the refill for this (& often the verbena hand wash refill). C'mon l'occitane, keep them instock or I'll have to start looking for other products!

It seems it is always out of stock. The email notification system that tell you when it is available has never worked for me. If out of stock, it would be helpful to pull it from website and help customers avoid the unnecessary click throughs.

I guess the eco refill is not offered anymore, it seems strange to me it is always "out of stock". I Just have to find a different company. Very irritating!

I love this hand soap because it has a nice, light, refreshing verbena scent and it's not overly drying. It's my favorite hand soap, BUT DON'T USE IT TO WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE HANDLING CONTACTS! You'll get spots on the contacts and think your vision is getting weird...took me a while to figure that one out!

I love this soap! I needed something gentle (I have sensitive skin) and this soap fills the bill. Very clean hands, smells great and doesn't leave me feeling like I need to moisturize.

I first bought this in Paris, and it is my very favorite hand soap. It is gentle yet leaves your hands very clean, fresh, and smelling lovely. I love the idea of the eco-refill - Kudos.

I only wash my hands with this. I love the texture and gives the right amount of lather; not too soapy and residue left behind. It leaves them smelling excellent and never overdries.

This is the one product that I treat myself to over and over again. I have a very sensitive olfactory sense and do not like over powering scents. This soap is so delightful and pleasant that my guests often come out of the bathroom and comment on how lovely it is. It's my fave!

The Shea liquid soap has the same benefits of the traditional bars, plus a more intense verbena scent. Much more hygienic, these bottles last for months. Very versatile ... wonderful scent.

A much more intense verbena scent than the bars of soap have. This liquid soap is as versatile as its sibling, but is much more hygienic. Wonderful scent, non-drying. These refills are much more economical and less wasteful.

This soap is terrific. I have very sensitive skin and wash my hands often, and this soap never irritates. It has a clean smell and leaves your hands soft and moisturized. I highly recommend it.

I just love the Verbena liquid hand soap. I've never liked washing my hands more! Besides the nice, fresh smell it leaves my hands with, I love the way it leaves the sink area (in the kitchen and bath) much less messy.

I love my Verbena Liquid Soap! I love the smell of it. I love how it sits in my bathroom where the hand soap used to be and is ever ready to make my face and hands feel fresh and clean. I love that it doesn't leave messy soap scum and is always sanitary. Needless to say, I love this soap!
