Can't say enough good about this product. Don't be fooled by the name. No slippery shower & no oily residue on my skin. I use airbrush tan and this stuff keeps my skin moisturized and tan looking fresh and smelks wonderful! My nails have even improved since I discovered it. Well worth every penny!

I was really skeptical about a shower oil, but this is amazing!! It has a light suds, and its very moisturizing. I tried the travel size with my last order. I pass a shop everyday when I go to school. And I had to stop by the store to purchase the jumbo size with the pump. In general, I am not crazy about almond scented products, but the L'OCCITANE almond scent is a little different, it's not as sweet. I am officially obsessed with L'OCCITANE.

Winters are especially harsh on my skin, especially in the midwest. This Almond Shower Oil has been the first cleansing agent that I can use all over my body (except hair lol) with confidence and comfort. My skin feels protected after cleansing. This product is fantastic. You would think I was paid to praise it I love it so much. All the L'OCCITANE products are great but there are a few superstars, this is one of those. AMAZING. It doesn't get the shower floor slippery or oily... How is that possible??? Light subtle scent and leave my skin so soft and smooth. LOVE IT. Try it even though it is pricey. Treat ourselves!

I can't say enough good things about this product. I'll try to list some...amazing scent, amazing moisture, silky soft skin, especially when used with the after shower oil, but it's not necessary, bought to give to friends, have introduced others to this product and they love it. I started using to clean my face and my private bits. The Ph Balance properties in this product clean every area with care and leaves nothing dry all pulling. I have oily skin and this prod is excellent for it.

Love the scent and texture!! Initially, I was concerned that the "Oil" would leave a residue or that the Almond scent would be too sweet. However, I trusted the L'OCCITANE brand (which I have used over 10 yrs) and all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. The scent is LOVELY - subtle yet WONDERFUL! There is no oily residue. Instead my body feels luxuriously softened. It feels like a spa day everyday. Just bought the eco refill. Use with Shea Butter moisturizer afterwards.

I recently ordered the almond gift set for myself and as a present for my mother, who has a bad case of eczema on one leg. Within a week, the keratosis I had on the backs of my arms and all over my legs has disappeared. I had tried other products (not prescriptive) that promised to relieve this condition. This stuff is wonderful, especially during cold, dry weather. I feel like my skin is far less dry and itchy after I use this than it would otherwise be. And I love the almondy smell.

This shower oil is extraordinary for dry skin. After I finish showering with warm-hot (open pores for better absortion) water I use this oil through my skin. It has a little kick of soup, but not quite yet. After a minute I reanse with warm-cold (to close the pores) water and then towel-dry. My skin looks jounger and softer just after the first time I used it. Very good fragrance.

I discovered this product in Toulouse, France in 2007 and haven't been without it since. I have shared this Almond oil with several friends and they all love it as well. I have been using this product for few years now and I absolutely love it.

I love that this is oil is applied in the shower. I have severely dry skin, and all the lotions and ointments that my dermatoligist prescribes are greasy and sticky. This oil is not greasy (which is astounding). Apply in the shower, dry off, and get dressed. No more greasy feeling to my clothes! Plus is smells great... light and fresh without a cloying heavy perfume. I want large reflls please! I will no longer buy any other moisturizer for my legs.

I have very sensitive, dry skin and many products will cause me to have a rash. I fell in love with the almond scent though and decided to give it a try. I was concerned that it might make the shower slippery, but it didn't. My skin loves this product. I've been using it every morning for the last 2 months and I can really tell the difference in my skin. The dryness is gone and it feels very silky. I will never be without this product!...by the way, a pump would help make it easier to use.

This product smells great and really does improve dryness and the texture of my skin, it also doubles as an amazing shaving cream.

I loved it the first time I used it. It isn't slippery or sticky in the shower and I also found I could rub it on my feet before going to bed and it helped them from drying out and helped retain moisture. I also used it on mosquito bites(about 6 times to be sure) and it stopped the itching every time. Definitely multipurpose and I won't travel without it.

This is the only product I shave with! I have been using it for at least two years and my legs do not get razor burn anymore and are wonderfully smooth after shaving with this! I've also noticed I do not need to shave as often which I don't understand, but I love this product! The smell is awesome and it leaves your skin very soft. My only complaint would be that you have to use a good amount to get a decent lather going. I am going to try the Almond oil lotion next.

I love this shower oil. The scent is fantastic. It makes my skin feel great and inspite of the word oil, it rinses very clean without any residue (which I expected). I only gave it 4 stars because I like something more lathering for cleaning the body, however I use it as a body rinse after I wash with the bar soap. Great for shaving legs too.

After all the rave reviews over the Almond Oil, I was sure I was going to love it--but I don't. First of all, it doesn't really smell very much like almond--more vanilla. And, it is 'greasier' than I thought it would be; maybe because my water is soft. I'm glad I bought the small size. Will use occasionally, but over all, I prefer soap.

Pros: Keeps you moisturized, smells amazing, love the consistency; Cons: You have to use a lot of it to get a lather, so it goes way too fast, and it doesn't seem to get me as clean as my other body washes from BBW, although they are more drying. It's a trade-off. Do I want to be decently moisturized right out of the shower and use light lotion, or squeaky clean and need heavy lotion to compensate for moisture lost?

Have to have this for my stocking. Yay!

I bought this after all the great reviews and actually trying it in the store. When it first goes on the skin it feels like an oil but when you add water, it turns into a milk and feels amazing. I used this to shave my legs and wow. Usually I would need the almond milk concentrate when I shave with normal soap but I didnt need to use a lotion at all after using this. My skin felt silky and smooth instead of dry and tight. I am defiantly hooked and it smells so wonderful and delicate.

Excellent product! Go get it if you long for baby-smooth skin. For the best result, apply the Almond Milk Concentrate (of the same range) on your skin after using the oil in shower.

This product is wonderful. My husband uses it too. It's a great moisturizer; it keeps our skin soft and smooth and smelling very nice. You don't even have to put any lotion after each shower.

When I 1st picked up this bottle at the store I asked the sales associate if it made the shower slippery like most shower oils do and she promised that it would not. Wow was I blown away when I used it the first time and every time! The smell is intoxicating to me, it doesn't make the shower slippery, and it is my favorite scent! It's also great to use when shaving. No razor bumps and 1 less product in the shower.

LOVE this! It's my new favorite shower product. My skin is super soft!

I love, love, love, this bath and body oil. I use it sometimes just to wash my hands, because I love the way it gently soaps up and then rinses away, once the oil turns into a soap product. Love the smell and can't get enough of this product.

I have terribly dry skin, but after showering with this a few times per week, my skin has become healthy, soft and supple. I can even skip putting on any lotion now.

I don't know how I ever enjoyed a shower before I had this amazing product! It's simply divine...

This is a great shower oil. I first purchased the travel size, and saw immediately (first 1-2 uses) how wonderful this oil is for shaving. For the first time in years my dry, sensitive skin is not red and inflamed after shaving. This product is definitely worth it. Thank you, L'Occitane!

This has a vanilla fragrance, not almond. The product is nice but I dislike vanilla and was disappointed.

When you first smell this from the bottle it's absolutely wonderful. Smells like luscious almonds. It's when it mixes with water that the smell changes, and starts to actually smell like a wet dog. I know that sounds ridiculous, and i'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but it honestly smells like a wet dog. I think it's a problem with all the loccitan shower oils and gels because i've noticed the same thing with the loccitan shower gel that i also have.

Why do you always run out of stock! Makes me so mad, You say it is a best seller, and then run out. It isn't even the Holiday season yet!

Please bring back the large pump size and the eco-bag! This is the one product I'll continually use but not if I can't buy the refill!

What a wonderful product, it is amazing!! I was unsure about buying a wash with oil in it, but it lathers just right and has a beautiful scent. The oil in it is just the right amount of moisturizer to help your towel dry you and not dry you out!!! I will be buying the refill asap and will give this as a gift to the special people in my life.

Probably one of my favorite products ever! This lightweight oil works into a creamy luxurious lather. Rinsed residue free, while leaving your skin super soft and supple. LOVE IT!

I love this product along with the Almond Milk Veil and Almond Supple Skin Oil. If there were an almond perfume with the same fragrance, i'd buy it. If it's an addiction, I don't want a cure.

Received this as a gift with purchase and LOVE it! I have never used a shower gel that made my skin soft after the shower without additional creams. This did the trick so I bought the full size the next day. I am trying the almond oil too!

Bought the travel size just to see if I would like it, and it is great. Smells wonderful, a little goes a long way, nice for shaving. The scent is strong from the bottle but light out of the shower.

I was completely skeptical at first when this was recommended for me to purchase, as I have bought a lot of Almond line and Apple line, but I did. It is now my favorite shower accessory ever! I was skeptical in that I really like a lather when I shower and did not think an oil would do that. Well, this does that and with a soft and sweet sent. It is so relaxing and just makes you feel good when you are done. And completley moisturized.

This product helps moisturize my skin--I live in arid Nevada--I need all the help I can get! My husband and I also love the scent. After I've had a shower he says the bathroom (and I) smell so good, like dessert! I also use the shampoo for irritated scalp which smells like vanilla and lemon--there is a cornucopia of scents that all blend nicely together! I love these products!

This shower oil is actually theraputic. Use it once or twice a week ( so you don't spoil yourself !) and see the results for yourselves. It heals the skin and the body as it truly relaxes you. I was suffering from extremely dry, itchy skin, and as a result of nearly uncontrollable scratching, the skin became thick, cracked, and was still maddeningly itchy. I had tried many expensive curative products before finding Almond Shower Oil. Within a week, nearly 90% of the skin condition had resolved itself, and thankfully, the itching had disappeared. This is one product I will NEVER be without. Hats off to your fine chemists for developing an outstanding product.

After reading all the comments, I wanted to try this oil. I have no doubts left, leaves the skin with a soft touch and a fragrance that makes me want to eat it. I use this product along with the supple skin oil and cannot be without them!
