I've been using this shampoo, conditioner, and the serum for about a month. I have fine hair with a frizzy texture. I've used both Redken and Matrix products for years so I was hesitant to switch over to a new line. This line has worked miracles on my hair. My hair actually feels thicker and smoother. My hair also retains curl better than it ever has. It is definitely worth trying. I started with the travel sizes and eventually bought the full sized products.

I started using this a couple of months ago. I have fine, thin, colored hair. I went to my hairdresser that I have gone to for almost 20 years today and he was raving about how different my hair was. Different texture, fuller, etc. He has never said anything like this and I have switched products many, many times since I have been going to him. I have finally found the magic key to good hair!!

I've never had much luck with hair products. Nothing ever wowed me. I was completely blown away by this line. This is perfect for any hair type - even oily. My hair was straighter than it's ever been after using a flat iron. Yet unbelievably soft and luxurious, and my awful split ends were much better. Total weightlessness and bounce. I think I can say that the Aromachologie haircare line is my Holy Grail. I will never stray. (& I love to try new things) You must at least try this stuff!

I really enjoy this shampoo. It left my hair really soft and smooth. I have straight hair so it isn't super difficult to manage or anything. Since I bleach my hair, it gets dry somewhat easily with frequent shampooing and with this shampoo and conditioner my hair feels awesome, very light and voluminous.

I Love this shampoo. I'm African American and its so difficult to find a products for my hair. I tried this on vacation when I stayed at the Four Seasons and it leaves my hair silky and smoothes. Its great and it smells even better!

Ive used a variety of high quality products- and this shampoo (and repairing conditioner) are at the top of the list. My hair is in great condition and the smell is awsome! Give it a try!

I have very thin, fine and knotty hair. I also color my hair. I switch shampoos often because I cannot seem to find something that hydrates my hair without weighing it down or stripping it of its color. I bought this shampoo on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. The shampoo is very gentle but cleanses thoroughly. In addition, the woody scent is invigorating- it wakes me up in the morning. I would give this shampoo six stars if I could.

I love this shampoo! I recieved it as a free sample and it makes my hair super soft! My hair gets really tangled all the time, I was about ready to cut it all off, and this shampoo has cut down on the tangeles so much! I love it!

I love what this shampoo does for my hair, but unlike other reviewers, I'm not sure of the scent. Its a little too masculine for me.

I absolutely love this shampoo. Much like all other L'Occitane products, it does what it says! I have bleached hair that gets heat styling (blow dryer and flat iron) every day and my hair doesn't even look damaged at all. I would highly recommend this product (and the conditioner) to anyone with concerns about damaged or dry hair.

I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner! The fragrance is AMAZING and long-lasting and my hair feels silky afterwards. TIP: Your hair must be VERY wet, then llather, rinse, repeat. The first lather may not be very foamy, but it will prepare your hair for the benefits of the shampoo on the second lather. I'll be using this product for a very long time.

I have long hair and this shampoo (along with the repairing condition) is simply divine. My hair is shiny and smells great. My fiance who is not into perfumes and heavy scents says he loves the feel and smell of my hair. I don't color or do anything harsh to my hair, but I believe all hair types would benefit from it. I've used this for the past two years, and have no intention of switching to anything else. This is definitely a keeper.

i absolutely love this shampoo! i dye my hair quite often and it is now severely damaged and is naturally incredibly oily. this product repairs my totally messed up hair and doesn't leave it greasy at all. after only my first use of this product, and the conditioner, i ran my fingers against my hair and noticed much less breakage. normally i can easily break the bottoms of my hair off but not any more. i am in all kinds of love. and the smell, well, it's something to get used to but is nice.

I love this shampoo! I have very dry curly hair, that easily looks "frizzy" if I don't tame it with a lot of product. No shampoo has ever worked it's magic on it's own...until this one! My hair is SO soft and the curls looked healthier from the very first use! I barely have to use any products afterward to control fly-aways.

My sister loves this shampoo and the hair conditioner. She has curly unruly hair and this really helps with keeping it healthy and shiny. I try to buy this for her birthday and or Christmas presents. I hope it will be available soon.

It does have a grassy smell but I love it. As others said it doesnt leather up that much, but can really make ur hair soft.

This product is miraculous! My husband had this terrible dandruff, and believe me this product combined with the conditioner, restored my husband hair and scalp no more dandruff! I have dry hair and highlights, this shampoo really makes my hair very softer,brighter, and healthier.Also, smells so GOOD! #1 Recommended!!!

The smell is unique, but I like it. After using this shampoo, my hair is soft and not as dry as other shampoos leave it, but I find I still need more moisture even after using the accompanying conditioner. Very little lather, but my hair still gets clean.

I tried a sample of this shampoo and conditioner, and it made my hair very soft and shiny. It was easier to comb through afterwards as well. My hair is normal, so I'm going to try the other shampoos in the Aromachologie line to see what suits me best, but this shampoo works very well! The essential oils leave my scalp feeling tingly.

I guess I have sensitive skin, because this shampoo made my head incredibly itchy! However, hubby uses it, and he has psoriasis & this has really helped him. I've since switched to the soothing line - much better for sensitive skin!

A staple. This shampoo contains no SLS, but lathers well for an overall good aromatic wash with the added benefit of essential oils for repair and renewal. I have normal hair and find this product fine for me despite it being a "repair shampoo". I also applaud the eco-packaging for refills which actually saves you money. Good buy.

I originally left a glowing review of this shampoo, but after some use I don't think it leaves your hair clean, The scent is wonderful, but your hair is not squeaky clean. And it doesn't give it any volume, sort of weighed down.

I only have to use this because I bought the big bottle (same with the conditioner). It makes my hair more frizzy! I now use the Olive line for everything including hair care. What happened to the Shea hair masque and the Olive masque? Please bring back at least the Olive masque - some of us with curly, frizzy hair need it!

NOT FOR EVERYONE! Lathers well and leaves your hair smelling terrific. But I have thick coarse hair that's been color treated for years (and damaged). This shampoo did not deliver in terms of repairing and softening. I found it drying, and my hair was really difficult to comb out. Disappointing for such an expensive product. However, I think it's probably an excellent choice for fine (and maybe also normal) hair types, who don't need heavy duty help. Dry hair, beware!

I was impressed by all the wonderful reviews of this product and tried out a sample. My hair never reacts strongly to any shampoo not even the regular cheap ones. As soon as I used this, my hair started falling and I developed a dry itchy scalp. I have never had so much dandruff before. I would recommend using a sample before purchasing the product. Its clearly not for everyone.

Just didn't work for me. At first I really liked it, great scent. But it doesn't leave my hair feeling clean and has less body then with other shampoos. Same with the conditoner

Love the shampoo. The company's service....not so much. You acknowledged receipt of the order but failed to do same on the shipment. When I inquired about when it was shipped there was a delay due to Sandy- which I totally understand but NOT sending an email about the delay OR a shipping method OR a tracking number seems like you don't care much about the customer. Which I doubt is the case.

I am a L'OCCITANE devotee, however this shampoo is not great. I find my hair very dry and parched after using it over time. When I got the sample, I loved it and bought the full size, but I am really unhappy with it and the conditioner after repeated use.

After using this, it looks like i didn't wash my hair for one week...i dont like it.

I love this shampoo - I have been using it for about two months now, and it makes my hair clean and shiny without weighing it down. I personally love the smell (and it lasts!), but I can understand why some might find it too much.

First I should note I am Black and have thick, shoulder length hair. The first time I used this shampoo, it was great! However, after the second and third time, the shampoo completely dried my hair. The conditioner did not detangle well either. I will say the hair mask is a great product, but I do not recommend the other two in the hair care line.

I love this product after only using it a couple of times. I have a severe dry scalp after washing my hair. It's not so much dandruff, but my scalp around my hair line would become dry with the cheaper shampoos you can find in supermarkets. I even tried Neutrogena's T-Gel which didn't work out for me. However, after just using this magical shampoo for the first time (travel size), I loved it. Will keep using this shampoo for a long time! Thank you L'OCCITANE.

This shampoo and the Repairing conditioner are life changing. Seriously. I was hesitant to try it because I don't have damaged hair, and shampoos usually weigh my hair down and make it greasy, but this one doesn't! My hair is incredibly shiny and manageable. Also, for years I have struggled with a dry, itchy scalp, and other natural/organic shampoos didn't help. After 1 week of use, my scalp was 100% better. My hair smells and looks wonderful and I've gotten tons of compliments.

I received a sample of this from my local store and fell in love with it! I'm used to a sudsy lather and I don't find it with this product. However, the sudsy property is not needed because it cleans my oily hair very well and makes it feels silky soft all day long. Now, I use less styling product to tame my tresses! Remembering the long-lasting scent is having me anxiously wait for my order to arrive so I can enjoy it again!

This is the best moisturizing shampoo. It has a wonderful smell & leaves my hair feeling so soft. I'm glad the sales clerk in Fashion Valley (San Diego) talked me into buying it.

The whole set of the aromachologie repairing hair products are so overrated! My hair is dry and damaged, I hope this product will work. but it just costs me money! I don't know why people keep praising it.

I have searched for the best shampoo for my color treated hair for many of years, and came upon this, and it works wonders! It makes my hair shiny, very soft, and the smell stays in your hair until you shampoo agian. The fragrance too is simply amazing. My husband loves the the smell of my hair when I get done showering and using this.

My husband and I both tried this shampoo with negative results. The shampoo smells nice, but it doesn't lather and it doesn't feel like it is cleaning your hair. You have to use triple the amount of normal shampoo to get it to lather.

This product does give my hair the shine that I am looking for. I have to mention that the smell is not only great but also long lasting. Like previous users have stated, my hair really looks and feels amazing the next day.

This shampoo and conditioner have been the solution to my itchy scalp and dandruff and its got that great fragrance that lasts until the next day. Would highly recommend this shampoo and conditioner to those who have an itch and a dandruff problem but also to those who just love that rich smelling hair.

I have used all of the Aromachologie Hair Products since they were complimentary gifts in my hotel room at the Hotel Burnham in Chicago. I am not a perfume person, but the fragrance of these products is wonderful ! They also are the best hair products I have ever used. I will be using them for a long time to come. I would love it if you made larger sizes and more products with that wonderful scent. Thank you !!!

I really wish I could use this, if only because of its fabulous scent. Sadly, it does not play well with my oily roots and split ends. I wash my hair only every other evening, and while using this and the conditioner, my hair was significantly more greasy by day 2 than it usually is. I can't say that it did much for my split ends, either. If your hair is dry, this moisturizes really well, but if it's oily, try something else.

While in Chicago visiting with my daughter, she took me into a L'Occitane Boutique and while there I purchased the Aromachologie Dry and Damaged Hair Shampoo. Having dry gray hair it has been a pleasure to use it. I enjoy the scent and the way my hair looks.. Thanks for a great product.

I love the entire line of the Aromachologie hair care products. A lot of other products claim to have organic oils in them but they do not. You can tell the difference with the L'Occitane's products because not only can you feel the difference, you can smell it too. Those other products scents will vanish as soon as you are done styling your hair. But with L'Occitane products, because they use true essential oils your hair is softer, healthier, and continues to be fragranced all day. I love it!

This is one of my favorite L'Occitane products. After long day of work, this shampoo is a reward to myself. I love how my hair feels next day. This is the BEST shampoo I have ever used.

This is probably the best shampoo I've ever used. It has the scent of heaven because it just smell so damn good! I've used it for over two weeks now and my hair is softer and shinier. I don't see much of the hydration part, but my hair definitely looks nicer now.
