I have used the Volumizing
Shampoo for over 2 years. My hair stylist & I are amazed at how thick my hair has become. It is the
shampoo because if I switch to another trying to use up my odds & ends on hand, my hair is not as thick. Also, I used to have a cyst at hairline that would bother me occasionally. Using L'Occitane Volumizing
shampoo I no longer have cyst problem. I like the fresh scent. I never use
conditioner & wash my hair everyday without it drying out. This is the best sh

I'm not sure why some people do not like the
fragrance of this product? I think it's beautiful and very natural. This
shampoo has worked wonders on my hair, it feels great and adds thickness and volume to it. The
fragrance is divine and I love the lingering scent left afterwards. I smell mint and rosemary in this product, not sure why some say its pine. Great product and I would highly recommend it.

With my oily scalp and curly hair, I've always had a hard time finding a
shampoo that cleans my scalp clean without drying out my hair. I don't usually use volumizing
shampoos, but received a sample, so thought I'd try this--and I'm so glad I did! It cleans my hair without stripping it, and moisturizes without being goopy and greasy. My hair feels so light and healthy after using this. My stylist even noticed a difference in my hair last time I saw her. I like the scent--fresh and clean. LOVE.

I LOVE this product and have used it for several years. I have long, fine, curly, gray hair and this
shampoo gives it great volume! The scent is herbal-- very pleasant and long lasting.

Dries out my hair. I have used it a couple of times and am very disappointed. The
shampoo and
conditioner will go to waste since I am seriously considering not using it again.

The original volumizing formula (bottle with golden/orangish label shown on the main page for hair products here) was great: citrus/gingery scent and effective but light. Blue-greenish label is the new formula: pine tar scent and left my hair feeling heavy. What's going on at L'OCCITANE? This is the 2nd of my long time favorite products that have changed formula in a very negative way. L'OCCITANE: BRING BACK ORIGINAL and stop discontinuing effective and popular products to experiment with new.

I was really disappointed in the
shampoo and
conditioner. I didn’t like the scent. It's neither herbal nor medicinal to me, but smells strongly of pine tree. Before I started using it my hair was just fine, but now I have dandruff all over the skin of my head!My scalp is itchy.TERRIBLE! I tried before it repairing
shampoo and
conditioner and absolutely loved the product, so I bought big bottle of
shampoo and
conditioner for
fine hair! Disappointing for such an expensive product!(((
