What was I thinking? After using
Cade for a long time I decided to try a cheaper brand I bought from my natural market. What a mistake!! After two weeks of uneven, rough shaving I threw out the cheap brand and went back to

Excellent product and likely one of the best. While the feedback is excellent, buyer beware of the tough to use tub, as product will be tossed unless you have a super fancy aluminum tube squeezer. Bottom line, I would recommend you buy and deal with the "pain" of tossing out product.

I just started using
Cade Shave Cream after years of using Kheils and Jack Black For Men. I'm a total convert! This shave cream has a perfect texture, scent, and -- most importantly -- it gives you a smooth shave, with no irritation. I've read that the formula was changed and then changed back again...smart move! Don't mess with a winner (especially at these price points.)

Just wanted to say that they have reverted back close to the original formula. This is some of the best shaving cream you will find. It seems like they tried to dilute it for a year and lost sales( I quit buying it) Now it is thicker and more like the original formulation. Still extremely expensive--so it is a luxury indulgence.

Wet the face with hot water. Apply a nut-size amount of cream to the beard. Create a luxurious lather by massaging, or use with L'Occitane Natural Bristle Shaving Brush dipped in warm water. With light pressure, shave in the direction of hair growth, thoroughly rinsing razor in warm water between strokes. After shaving, rinse face and neck with cold water. Pat skin dry with a towel and apply
Cade After Shave Balm. Tip: For an extra-protective barrier between razor and skin, apply
Cade Travel Oil to beard in upward strokes before applying
