This cream is a dream! I have been using it for almost a month, along with the divine eyes, and divine serum..my skin looks amazing! Yes, the product is pricey, but a little goes a long way..I can easily see this stuff lasting 6 mo. or more. Your skin just feels wonderful. I have to take a second look in the mirror just because I can't believe how great my skin looks. I am 40 and I keep being told I look 25 (gotta love that). After having cancer x2 I was not happy with my looks. Now I am!

Okay so I got a sample of this and am now hooked! I wanted to hate it because of the price and I could care less about patents, but this is great cream! Right away I noticed my liquid foundation went on more smoothly. I'm 48 years old, have a dark olive complexion, and still have adult acne which tend to leave dark spots. This inexpensive cream is a treat for my neck and face, for the hyper pigmentation, large pores, slackening of the skin and dehydration. Because I still have acne, I mix an equal part of this concentrated miracle cream with an equal part of my acne treatment then apply it at night. Next morning, I swear it's a complete visible difference for all of my skin's crazy needs! I'm hooked!

I was introduced to this "Divine" product when I walked into one of the stores about a month and a half ago. After using the sample size of both the face cream and eye cream I decided to make an investment in myself and purchased all three items: Divine Extract, Divine Cream and Divine Eyes. Pricey? Yes, BUT well worth it and you only have to use a small amount so it will last quite a while. And they smell so wonderful. My skin feels so smooth and lines really are minimized.

I thought the other reviews were a little over the top, but it's all true. This is a fantastic product! I have loved this face cream! I bought it after Christmas and have used it morning and night since. My skin is very dry and very finicky! It breaks out very easily so I am very leary of trying anything new. But this cream has been fabulous - my skin is much more hydrated. To the point that people have commented. I am so surprised by how well this cream works. I've been using this cream along with the brightening essence for the past two weeks and my skin has dramatically improved! It has literally transformed my skin. My dark spots (post-acne scars) have reduced in size and have gotten lighter. My skin generally has a nice glow. I stopped wearing concealer and am now only using a thin layer of powder foundation. I think it's worth every penny!

Divine Cream is nothing short of amazing. I use this with the Divine Eyes at night and it works wonderfully. I use the Angelica Cream during the day to help hydrate my skin and stretch out the Divine series. I went to the L'OCCITANE store to try this and bought it. Let me just say it's fabulous! My skin, for some unknown reason, has been very dry and rough lately. After using this for just a week, my skin is back to feeling soft like it should. I just keep touching it to be sure since the turnaround happened almost right away. I also have a light brown spot on my cheek which is much lighter already. No rash happening here at all, it feels very gentle.

This product really enhances the circulation in my skin (I usually cannot get a blush if I pinch my skin, but now my complexion is rosy). sensitive skin (and in my early 40's) and started using the cream daily about two weeks ago. It takes a couple of days of using the cream to get your skin used to it- I had the burning at first but kept using it and my skin is no longer irritated. The cream mostly clarifies your skin and helps reduce any spots. It also slightly lightened the darkness under my eye area. It does not do much for wrinkles from what I can see but I will stick with this cream for a while!

In my experience this product had good and bad results. I noticed a difference in dark spots fading and lines less visible after using for a couple days. Unfortunately, my skin is very dry and this cream did not have enough moisturizer for me. My skin really dried out. I am also sensitive to any
anti-aging product but thought I would try this one. I had red spots from this product. I must be allergic to something in any
anti-aging solution. This product wasn't for me.

I may be in the minority regarding the smell, but to me, it is comforting and soothing. This is the only anti aging product that does not make my 45 year old face break out. I love it! My skin looks glowing, and not glowing with oil or pimples. For 25 years I have tried tons of expensive anti aging and wrinkle creams trying to find one that actually works. My skin is really dry, so I've been fighting lines for some time. I love this DIVINE cream. This is the only product I have tried that really makes a difference.The price is a little high, but I have paid more for no results. The only complaint I have, and I see a lot of others feel the same way, is the stupid jar. It is hard to get the product out.

This is velvet in a jar! There's nothing better than a good moisturizer. My skin instantly feels hydrated and looks brighter. Even at 30 I can see great results in my skin, especially my forehead. I don't mind the shape of the jar because all the product sinks to the bottom and it makes it easy to get every drop of this special elixir. Thank you!

I am trying the sample now. Smells incredible like a light flowery heavenly scent. Not as heavy as the name implies. This cream is more like a lotion. It is 99F in NYC now and I'm wearing it on my neck, indoors. Feels very moisturizing. I would recommend this for the other seasons. I'd even wear it summer because I love this scent and I think this is long lasting. I want to try out their other moisturizers. DIVINE indeed.

Update on my 3/10/2010 review: Okay, guess I have to eat my words!
I did go back to my previous Very Precious
Immortelle Creme and discovered I really did *like* the Divine Creme after all! I now use Divine Creme with the Divine Extract at night, and alone for daytime moisturizing. My skin has never been, or looked, better.
However, I'm still not crazy in love with the container. Ditto for the Divine Extract and Divine Eye Creme ... wonderful products with inconvenient packaging

Since I gave birth, my skin has changed. It's sensitive and gets these dry itchy patches. The old formulation of the
Immortelle Precious cream wasn't helping the dry patches, so I decided to try samples of the new
Immortelle night cream and Divine cream. The new
Immortelle worked wonders to hydrate my skin. Then when I ran out, I tried the Divine cream, and the dry patches came back. Plus, my husband says it smells "pungent". I'm switching to the night cream.

I'm leaving this review to warn people with
sensitive skin: try this out on the inside of your elbow first! I got this as a sample with my
Immortelle cream, I used the Divine serum + cream for 2 days in a row. I've had a face and neck rash for about a week since. I tend to have
sensitive skin, so I should have known better, but I'd had no problems with the
Immortelle so I didn't take precautions. This is probably great if you don't have
sensitive skin, but if you do, do a patch test first!

The Divine cream.I've only used it a week. It appears, and feels to be doing what it says it does. Unfortunately, I began to break out, and that is not normal for me. We have never received it! The carrier required us to be home to SIGN FOR IT. We work long hours and have no one at home during delivery hours. We attempted to leave the paper signed however they left a note saying we must be home. It was to be a Mother's Day gift. We have not been able to pick up at fed x as the hours differ from ours. We SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD we would need to sign for it, and we would NOT have placed the order or could have had it sent to us at work. What do disciplined!

$100 down the drain! I'm allergic to the divine cream. May face and neck broke out in little red bumps that took a long time to go away! Due to the ridiculously strict NO REFUNDS/RETURNS policy, I'm out $100+ and due to this, I will never purchase the products again. Not even the hand creams, which I'm not allergic to!

Won't buy again. I bought this less than a year ago and was disappointed to learn L'OCCITANE says it goes "off" (rancid) about 6 months after opening. On the jar bottom, there's a triangle with a 6 in it --that's how they communicate that to the customer. I've about 2 months (for me) left, but it doesn't smell right anymore. It smells off. When new, it moisturizes well and sinks into the skin rapidly. Previously, I'd used Precious Cream (stays on surface of skin longer and lasts longer)

I tried the Divine Creme and I couldn't get over the smell. I couldn't handle the strong smell and my makeup didn't apply well over the creme. The creme also made me break out. I went back to the Precious Creme and am so happy. I also enjoy the
immortelle and daisy combination of the Brightening Creme. During the summer, try putting the Brightening Creme in the fridge before putting it on. It's a great treat with outstanding results.

I cannot believe this is what L'OCCITANE is offering as a substitute for the now discontinued Very Precious
Immortelle Cream. It's a poor substitute - overpriced and watered down. I agree with one of the reviews that L'OCCITANE products have been my favorite and very effective (I am 54 yrs old). They really blew it with this one. I'll try the
Immortelle Precious Night Cream next but if it doesn't work, I'll find another brand. This is extremely disappointing to this loyal customer.

Not worth the money! I'm about 30 and my skin is a bit sensitive, but L'OCCITANE products usually work very well for me, NOT this one! I had breakouts after I tried this! I tried it 2 times! I thought maybe it's not this that caused the breakout the first time, but I had breakouts again after I tried it the second time! Besides, it smells as if something has gone rancid! I can only use it on my hands now : ( Very disappointing because it is said to be sooo good. The extract is very good but too pricey.

Unfortunately, I broke out terribly as a result of using this product. It just didn't agree with me. If you have
sensitive skin, try a sample on one spot for a few days before purchasing. I must say, L'occitane was wonderful about returning the product.

I waited for a month before writing a review. Absolutely love it!. I have sensitive,
dry skin. I use this cream as a day and night moisturizer with the Divine extract. It works really well. My skin is well hydrated, clear and luminous. I don't ever feel dry anymore. Although pricey, its a good investment and you need only a little at a time. I am a licensed aesthetician and it sometimes makes it difficult to pick up products! I am glad I found this in time (I am 32). So far, this is a keeper!

I've been using Divine cream for about 8 months now, and I love it! It makes my skin feel like silk and softens the little fine lines near my mouth. I wish I could afford the entire Divine series, but have to pick my battles. I do use the Apple Almond foaming wash and
toner, and I use the Precious cream at bedtime as a night cream. I try to purchase this cream from QVC when they have easy pay so my wallet doesn't take such a hit. But I will use this forever. Excellent product!!!

Not for me! I have used
Immortelle skincare and loved it - received a sample of this product with another order and did not have a good experience with it.
It tingled immediately, turned my face red, and on top of that smelled really unpleasant. I washed my face off with cool water and tossed the sample. An hour later and my skin is still a bit tingly on my cheeks.

Can't believe the negative reviews of this product. My husband purchased Divine Cream for me after he tried it and fell in love with it. He's 65 and I'm 61. We've been using it for 6 months, now, and both of us have noticed our skin is more supple and glowing. I love this product! It's worth the cost. One jar has lasted both of us about 6 months now. I do think I'm going to tell him to get his own! I want it all for myself!

I know what I'm talking about when I say how wonderful this product is. It improved the tecture of my skin giving it a more youthful apperance; fine lines disappeared, deeper lines lessened, discolorations improved. 4 stars on this creme.

I am not a fan of this cream's smell, or shape/color of this jar either. But I have not seen any result better than this cream gave me. I have been suffering from sudden attack of severe acne for over a year and everything seemed to make it worse. So my skin became so dry around my eyes and mouth, all so wrinkly. But since I started using this cream, all the deep and fine lines are disappearing, yet my pimples are not growing worse! Every morning I can see my face smooth like ironed silk.

This is a lovely light product that performs like a heavy-duty cream. I love the smell, how it makes my face glow and the fact that a very little goes a long way. The winter here is harsh so I use this as a day cream every couple of days; a Q-Tip size dollop on each cheek and my forehead is all that's needed. Same process for nighttime. One jar has lasted me five months and counting so the price per day is actually reasonable. Thanks L'Occitane.

Perhaps my skin isn't *dry* enough...or *old* enough...to appreciate this cream. Nevertheless, for me, it most definitely doesn't live up to its hype and I'm going back to the Very Precious Cream. To add insult to injury with this product, I'm not a fan of the "designer" jar either. After the ease of using the traditional open-top jars of other Loccitane products, it became quite annoying to continually twist my fingers around the shape of the jar to extract product. I won't buy this again.

Let me weigh in with my two sense. Received a sample several months ago & never used. Finally I used the sample wasn't expecting much however in the morning my face was radiant; Iran to the mall to purchase. I have never had a blackhead nor pimple in my life - do not know what to do to get rid of them - this cream reduced the size and color of the blackhead HOW DIVINE! I have used the Very Precious cream and prefer Divine. What I prefer about the Divine cream is the consistency. It is almost clear when you put it on and you don't have to use that much with each application. A little goes a long way. I think it is a superior cream in terms of what is does for your complexion, more so than just wrinkle reducer. It leaves your skin having a glow in the morning.

I use several of L'Occitane's
skin care products. This jar is almost empty but I've seen absolutely no difference between Very Precious cream and this one as far as performance goes. The only noticeable difference is in the packaging and my wallet. I'll admit I was sucked in by all the hype but I don't want to pay $20 more for a designer jar only to get the same or better results from a less expensive cream in a less attractive container. I won't be back for this one, L'Occitane.

This is by far the only cream that unexpectedly dried up a mole that recently appeared on my face. Amazing! Was only expecting for it to target wrinkles but surprisingly helped eliminate the small mole. It makes my skin feel tight and glowing!

This is the best wrinkle cream I have ever used. I am 55 years old and I have tried a lot of products and this name says it all it is DIVINE! It feels so good on your face. I put it on in the morning and at night. In regards to the price, I have paid this much before and did not get results. At least this product really works on wrinkles, and I have only been using it for one month! Cannot wait to see the results in 6 months!

I'm writing this review because I love L'Occitane products. I use all of the face creams and have been satisfied with each one. But I used a sample of Divine just as the instructions said, and my face has been stinging all day. Unfortunately, Divine didn't feel divine on my face. I was so excited about it, but for some reason, this one just doesn't work for me.
