Chocolate Martini : a Christmas Cocktail by the Barman from the Gray d'Albion in Cannes

For one Chocolate Martini

  • 30ml Dewar's whisky
  • 40ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 20ml chocolate syrup
  • Cocoa powder to garnish

Material

  • A cocktail shaker
  • A martini glass

In a cocktail shaker, pour 30ml of Dewar’s whisky, 40ml of Baileys and 20ml of chocolate syrup. Shake, and then sprinkle the mixture with a little cocoa powder. Pour into a martini glass. Don’t forget to add a straw and decorate with some fresh fruit. Enjoy!
