Chocolate Martini : a Christmas Cocktail by the Barman from the Gray d'Albion in Cannes

On the Croisette, Christian Charlier de Vrainville is the king of the cocktail shaker. With Christmas approaching, this talented barman has come up with an indulgent cocktail recipe based on chocolate for us. To enjoy with moderation.

For one Chocolate Martini

  • 30ml Dewar's whisky
  • 40ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 20ml chocolate syrup
  • Cocoa powder to garnish

Material

  • A cocktail shaker
  • A martini glass

In a cocktail shaker, pour 30ml of Dewar’s whisky, 40ml of Baileys and 20ml of chocolate syrup. Shake, and then sprinkle the mixture with a little cocoa powder. Pour into a martini glass. Don’t forget to add a straw and decorate with some fresh fruit. Enjoy!
