Recipe - Serves 4
1 Fry the bread in the olive oil.
2 Mix the fresh goat cheese and the crushed hazelnuts with salt, pepper and olive oil.
3 Place the bread on a plate then the goat cheese mix on top.
4 Finish with the spring onion and chives and the lavender honey, and a dash of olive oil.
4 slices of sourdough or einkorn bread
400 g fresh goat cheese
15 fresh hazelnuts, shelled
2 spring onions
I bunch of chives
4 teaspoons of lavender honey
