For the second year in a row, all lovers of nature and sport have a date with Natureman, the Verdon triathlon, October 5 and 6 at the initiative of the association "Verdon Oxygene".

On the program this year, a 2 kilometers swimming leg, 90 kilometers of bike riding, climbing the Aiguines slope, and finally, 20 kilometers of running inside the Verdon National Park, an absolutely exceptional setting. An event that, like its precedent edition, is completely eco-friendly, which is to say respectful of nature and the environment. What's more, this Saturday, L'OCCITANE employees will participate to the "Ekiden Découverte L’OCCITANE" which includes 500 meters in the water, 25 kilometers on bike and 5 kilometers of running. What a challenge !

For the first time, Stéphane Etienne, who set up the association WorldriderZ, will participate in the triathlon. This courageous father takes on endless sporting challenges in order to draw attention to his son’s illness, who was born with chronic kidney disease. Supported by L’OCCITANE, Stéphane Etienne participated in the Etape de Coeur, a charity time trial part of the Tour de France, last July. Will he succeed Marcel Zamora, last year’s winner, who finished the circuit in 4 hours and 15 minutes?
