L'Occitane Sets up on the Port of Saint-Tropez

L’Occitane takes the beach road and settles in to the port of Saint Tropez. The store offers visitors a unique design directly inspired by the world of the sea. All aboard for a voyage fragrant with the scents of Provence!

For the brand new store, inaugurated last April 12 on the port of Saint-Tropez, L’Occitane was inspired by the spirit of the place: the beach, relaxation, and lazing about in the sun. Indeed, everything here has been conceived and designed around the theme of holidays and the marine world, from the furniture, the colors, shelves, objects, floor, and even the wallpaper. These codes are also those associated with the more classic one of the traditional Provençal house, with its whitewashed walls and Alain Vagh mosaics, which make the L’Occitane stores so warm and inviting.

On the terrace called “L'Occitane by the Sea,” a real “Pointu” boat, a traditional boat from the Saint-Tropez region, specifically repainted in the L'Occitane colors, immediately attracts attention and sets the scene. Sitting in front of the store, it acts as an XXL market stall filled with a variety of boxes, baskets and travel kits of all kinds. Inside the store the journey continues: drawer handles are made of rope, the yellow shelves on which the products are displayed from recycled deck chairs, and as for the "arty" walls, they are decorated with sets of buoys and ship ropes. In all, it’s an invitation to relax and discover new shores.
