After four months of renovations, the Couvent des Minimes Hotel & L’Occitane Spa, originally inaugurated in 2007, today offers itself a new lease on life, becoming a genuine landmark of well being in Provence! Unrecognizable, it is enhanced with new public areas, completely renovated and modernized in a style that is both sleek and very contemporary. Scandinavian furniture, pastel colors and wooden structures: the décor by Pascal Borde has plenty to leave you speechless!

The establishment has exchanged its old desk for a new reception area furnished with a fireplace and library, which allows clients to wait in comfort while the old courtyard is being transformed into a lounge bar. In the kitchen, the gourmet restaurant Le Cloitre and bistro The Pesquier both boast new dining rooms and terraces: ideal for lunch or dinner in the sun. As for the rooms, six terraces have also been built, offering new amenities, and direct access to the L’Occitane Spa is now available for residents who wish to be pampered without passing through reception. These significant and surprising changes are already a big hit!
