Nestled at the foot of the village Les Baux-de-Provence in the heart of the Alpilles and its olive trees, the restaurant Du Côté des Olivades in Paradou has an idyllic location conducive to serenity and delight. In the kitchens, Nancy Bourguignon, self-taught and passionate about her calling, creates her delicious Provencal cuisine, doing her best for her customers by favoring small producers from the region. Every day, she prepares a different menu, developed according to the inspiration of the day, and the seasonal ingredients she found at the market.

On the plate, vegetables are sometimes baked, sometimes boiled, English style, and the dishes aim to be both simple and authentic: leg of lamb from the Alpilles, sauté of porcini and parsley, Limousine sweetbreads... The flavors are truly exalted. As for the seasonings, Nancy Bourguignon uses the best olive oils of the region including Mill Castelas, which she enjoys marrying with Provencal vegetables. As for desserts, sweet tooths will also be satisfied with fresh but traditional treats such as crème brûlée, molten chocolate cake or her famous Speculoos Belgian spice cookie ice-cream. What a treat!
