The Mas Fontefiguières, A Wellness Hotel in Provence

Nestled a few miles from Forcalquier, a small village of Upper Provence, the Mas de Fontefiguières offers its guests a stay devoted to well-being and relaxation. Welcome to a little corner of paradise, launched last April.

To those among you looking to rediscover serenity, take note! Entirely renovated and surrounded by nature, the old eighteenth-century farmhouse, the Mas de Fontefiguières offers a new and revolutionary concept: a vacation in quest of well-being. This “wellness university” as defined by its creators, Laurence and Philippe Focard of Fontefiguières, offers to take care of guests by teaching them different relaxation workshops, available on demand.

Here, there’s no question of staying connected to the outside world! Forget stress and cell phones to instead try to find a balance within yourself. On the program: postural gym, stretching, polyphonic singing, botany, Qi Gong, body combat, aromatherapy, Do-in energy massage, Sophrology, relaxation or Bokwa fitness. The primary objective is to reach a "greater state of wellbeing".

Tempted by the experience? The establishment, decorated with taste and authenticity by local artisans, welcomes you to one of 14 comfortable rooms, each equipped with a patio or balcony, for a unique and rejuvenating stay.
