Immortelle Precious Cream

Love the way this cream makes my skin feel it is so smooth and creamy and smells very fresh and clean. Definitely will buy again.

I have been using this cream for years now. I absolutely love how it makes my skin feel.

I really like this cream. It goes on smoothly and my skin feels like velvet after I put it on. I notice my skin looking smoother and more luminous after using it for about two weeks. I would definitely buy it again when this one runs out.

I love this cream. The cream absorbs into my skin and makes me feel smooth and it is not greasy at all. This is well worth the price. I have tried more expensive creams and they did not work as good as this one. I love the smell too. I am hooked and will buy again for sure.

I will admit-I was skeptical. After reading all those articles about expensive creams, having a cabinet full of creams I've tried, I wasn't entirely convinced...Tried it on the advice of a friend, and after a few months of use, I can honestly say that this is among the most effective protections against environmental elements. Face feels wonderful, even in the cold air!

I was hesitant to try Immortelle Precious Cream, because it looked so thick and rich. I was afraid it would be greasy on my skin. Happily, I was not only wrong, but I discovered a delightful cream that feels as though it is nourishing my skin. My skin felt instantly younger, smoother and softer. I adore this cream and I'm so grateful the new shop in El Segundo gave me a sample to try!!

LOVE this cream!! It's soft, light, not oily, and have enough moisturizer for everyday uses. (even in the winter!) But if needed intense moisture, recommend divine.

After using an Immortelle starter kit (foam soap, toner and day cream) for 2 weeks I happened to run into people I hadn't seen in years and their words exactly were "Are you doing anything different? You look amazing..... Is it possible you look younger?" I believe I found a keeper.

The Immortelle series is my favorite! The natural scent of daisy is refreshing, and the cream really nourishes my skin.

I don't know about the previous package people are talking about. But this product is amazing. It does what it says. It leaves no grease on my face, yet my skin feels soft, looks brighter, smooth, and the wrinkles are disappearing. And I love the freshness smell. I use the Divine at night and this Precious Cream for day time. So far it works very well for me. I wish I'd discovered this line a long time ago.

I've been using this cream for several months and my skin looks more radiant and even-toned. It goes on smoothly, quickly blends in and smells fantastic. Also use the night cream and am seeing great results. I love all L'OCCITANE products especially shower gels and lotions!

I just got back from my dermatologist. She immediately asked me what I had been using on my face becuase my skin looked fabulous. I have suffered with Hyper-reactive skin and early stage Rosacea for about 3 years. I have tried all sorts of products only to have most of them make my skin turn red and puffy and then start peeling. I'm 42. I routinely get mistaken for being 24 - seriously. I swear it's because of L'Occitane products which I have used for at least 15 years. My two favorite products are this one and the Immortelle Eye Balm. I also use the Essential Water for the Face. Thanks! I love being mistaken for 24!

I LOVE this cream! I have been using it for a little over a month and there is a noticeable improvement in the overall "feel" of my skin. Lines and pore-size have been dramatically minimized. I've tried a lot of products and this is a keeper! I also use the Precious Protection SPF-20 and with living in Florida, this is a necessity. I'm 54 years old and receive compliments on my skin all the time. Thanks to Immortelle I hope to keep the compliments coming for a long time!

I have very dry skin and travel 3 days per week which intensifies the dryness. I started using this product 4 weeks ago. My skin is brighter, firm, supple, and hydrated. I have also noticed more even complexion. I love it! This is a wonderful line for mature, normal/dry skin that delivers similar results to more expensive lines in a just a few weeks. Try it, you will see a difference after the first application.

I have used this creme for almost a year now and I cannot believe the results. I also enjoy the smell of the Immortelle when using this product. I have had so many compliments on my skin after using this creme. I also have noticed the acne reduced and discoloration of my skin changing. Thank you for an outstanding product and I can't imagine anyone would not buy the product because of the jar.

I am a new user of the L'Occitane products. I've used Yonka products for years and was a diehard fan. I must say that the entire Immortelle line is amazing. This day cream is a perfect fit for me.

I was surprised to find that this cream makes a big difference in my skin. It eliminated some persistently dry areas. I think it works by releasing moisture over time. My face seems to stay more moist over time as compared with other creams. I like the fragrance and feel more relaxed after applying this cream.

I have been using this as my daily cream for almost two years and hope it will never be discontinued. I am almost 50 years old and have been asked on many occasions what I have been doing to my skin. Fine lines have been smoothed, but best of all, my skin has gone from blotchy to a beautiful even toned color. I only wish I had taken before and after pictures.

I am very fond of this cream - I have been using it for two months as a night cream (I use the Red Rice Ultra-Matte Moisturizer during the day) and I am happy with the results: better hydration (my skin is not as thirsty as before), smoothness,fewer lines and more radiant looking skin. Also, a little goes a long way. I can understand why the smell might be bothersome to some - I personally don't mind it, but it is strong. It is definitely a keeper for me!

I have been using the Immortelle line for a few years and love it. I have seen forehead wrinkles disappear. BUT I agree with others-the new packaging with the smaller lids make it too difficult to get all of the product out. Please go back to wide mouth containers!

I love l'occitane products! This is my first face lotion I have bought and I love it! It is not thick or greasy. It is light weight and works excellent! My only complaint (as is so many other peoples) is the packaging. The container is poorly designed and makes it difficult to get the lotion out. Speaking as someone who works for a company making consumer products (and constantly redesigning our packages) I highly suggest you redesign a more consumer friendly package.

I don't understand how the precious cream is so precious. I abmit its a good cream, but not that outstanding!

I feel compelled to add my voice to the chorus who hate the new packaging. I didn't understand the frustration - now I do: the bottle-neck is far too small. The new formula also smells different - it went from floral to downright herbal. I liked the old formulation better, and hope that L'OCCITANE will give us a choice. And ditch the new jar.

The old formulation was lovely, but the new one is stickier, smells funny, and is just less luxurious all around. I'm very sad at the change, and wish that L'OCCITANE would consider reverting to the old formulation.

This cream is not for me. I tried the brightening cream at first, and it broke me out, so I exchanged it for this. This cream has caused me to have tiny little bumps all over my face! I think the immortelle is to blame & I will be returning this today. No way I'm going to waste $56 for broke out skin!

I'm 55 and can get headaches from fragrances that are artificial. I was so surprised that when I used this Precious Cream that I got a headache. The smell is pleasant enough, but I am curious about ALL the ingredients now. So take head if you are allergic to fragrances. Other than that, very nice and smooth and light cream.

This cream is not emollient enough for my dry skin. I do not like it.

This used to be my fav but not any more. The new formula is now MUCH thinner, less moisturizing, and gives a false impression of "fast-absorbing" possibly by adding more dimethicone. It just doesn't moisturize enough; not to mention any long lasting effect the old formula used to provide. I agree with a previous review that a change in the winning product signals something. To me it means the company tries to skim money by being cheap on the ingredients.

Bought it as a gift for a friend, made her skin break out! She gave it to me since I have used other products from the line and made my skin break out too :( Unfortunately the people that work at the store near me are rude and apparently can't be bothered to help with refunds on items bought online...

As a loyal customer I am very disappointed to say that the new formula is definitely very damaging to your skin. I started noticing acne on my skin a couple months into using this cream but did not make the connection till much later. Unfortunately, the pimples were so severe (and did not heal with my normal acne cream) and now I have 2 small scars on my face)- why discontinue or change products that work!?? They did that with the Shea 8% moisturizer 4 yrs earlier and now this..ridiculous honestly.

Stop changing the formula!!! I have been purchasing this product for a few years and had been very happy with it, UNTIL about 6 months ago when they changed the packaging making the jar opening very narrow and difficult to use; and the formula making the cream feel thinner, less rich and have a chemical/ woodsy smell. ugh! Despite all this I just recently bought it again to give it one more try (Aug 2012) and the cream has been CHANGED AGAIN. It feels thin and greasy, and smells like wood. yuck.

I question why the company didn't sign the 'Compact for Safe Cosmetics' which supports the Safe Cosmetics Act of 2011 (H.R.2359). Maybe they didn't know about it? Sadly, I now need to find a new brand.

I agree with the recent comments regarding the jar. I don't want to have to stick my fingers in the jar. The lid is way too small. There was nothing wrong with the other one, why did you change it?? Same goes for the Ultra Rich Face Cream...no change was needed. These were 2 of my all time favorites. I think you guys messed up!!

I've loved this for so long and was ready to re-order but will now refrain. IMO, whenever a change is made to something that was not broken it signals a problem. To me it usually means the company is trying to save money which is all good, but not at the expense of (once) happy customers.

The new container is awful....a real hassle to work with. Someone who doesn't use the product must have designed it.

Everyone should know that the new packaging contains new formula. The new formula doesn't work as well as the previous one. I have been using this precious cream for 7 years day and night, so I felt the difference immediately. This new formula is more diluted. I'm extremely disappointed.

I have been using Immortelle with SPF 20 for several years and was very disappointed to find that the packaging has changed. The jar contents is not easily accessible and the ingredients do not do what they had accomplished in the earlier formula. I will look for another product outside of L'Occitane. The divine cream is way over-priced.

I love, love, love this cream. It feels so decadent when I smooth it on and the scent just makes me feel like I'm in Provence!

I had oily skin and often got acne, the kind that gets deep into your dermis. I tried the cream and my face felt so relaxed I was amazed; I started using it and after a couple of days my skin was completely cleared, even from little acne scars and it also took care of those horrible big pores. I recently got a professional facial done and the lady asked me what did I want done because my skin was PERFECT and she didn't think I needed any treatment done!!!I just got a relaxing massage instead.

Since using the Immortelle line of products, I am immortelle! Even my neck looks good, and if a cream can make your neck look fabulous, just think what it will do for your face!

This is the most unbelievable cream. I am 26 years old and my whole life have suffered from acne/blemishes etc. I am telling you, the moment, I mean the MOMENT I tried the cream, my skin began to change, and within 2 days, my skin cleared up and became the most smoothest, most dewy skin I'd ever felt. That was a month ago. 2 weeks ago a man stopped me in a supermarket to tell me I was beautiful! Thanks L'Occitane, please don't change a thing with this cream!

I'm not happy at all with this cream. I find it very dry, not smooth at all & almost sticky feeling. It's hard to apply make-up over too. I look forward to washing my face at night to use the regenerating concentrate and the very precious night cream. Those items I like very much, but I cannot recommend this day cream.

I LOVE this cream. It is so rich and lasts forever and at the same time it doesn't leave a greasy feeling behind. I have tried other less expensive brands but you really do get what you pay for. And this cream is well worth it's price and much much more!!!

Nothing smells better, nothing feels smoother than Immortelle Precious Cream, the Immortal Cream! Since the first use of it I've found out this product is the best of all. It does the work, the fragrance is refreshing with a hint of cool mint, and the texture is spoiling. No other cream is better than Immortelle.

This cream is the best. I've known L'Occitane for many years and I think this brand is the best in the world. I bought this cream for my mom and she loved it. Then she bought some other immortelle products because she saw how her skin immediately change. All my family loves L'Occitane. I am really convinced that these products really work. L'Oocitane is awesome!!

I bought Immortelle cream for my Mom for Christmas and after having used a sample myself I decided that instead of just the cream (which would have made a wonderful gift by itself) I got her the eye cream, the night serum and the toner. She LOVES everything from the Immortelle line and the results they bring her. This is truly an amazing cream. Much more effective that the $300 "couture" creams.

I am a 57 year old woman who has been using this product for several years. What this product does for beautiful skin is amazing and you have to see to believe the results. In all of my life I have never had skin so smooth, toned, and vibrant. Although I use all the Immortelle products, this is my favorite. This has completely solved the crepey skin on my throat and my chapped cheeks! I am 43 y.o and had noticed my throat was crepey and papery for about 4 years now. This is the only thing that has taken it completely away! I am hooked. I use it with the Very Precious Fluid.

What I love about this moisturizer is that its weightlessness. It blends in (not on) my skin.

I am 32 and have use it since about a year (I'm a sailor and my skin has a lot of sun damages and is prematurely aged). As soon as I started to use it, I could notice an sharp improvement! My skin is so smooth and the sun damages on my forehead are much reduced (I'm hopeful they will even be gone one day). My mother is using this cream for at least 20 years (she's living near Manosque, France, where the L'Occitane factory is) and her skin's still beautiful and young looking. I couldn't live without it.

I have been using this moisturizer for months and will use nothing else. When I started using it, I had visible wrinkles on my forehead (at 29!) and was looking for something to help eliminate them. I didn't honestly believe that a moisturizer would do the trick, but this has. Besides that, it is light, comfortable, and non-greasy. It absorbs well and doesn't leave your face feeling heavy or clogged. I would recommend it to anyone!

i first was introduced to l'occitane soap when i was a flight attendant. i've since moved on from the flying business, but am still loyal to my l'occitane soap and other products, particularly the precious cream. using it reminds me ever so subtly of my many trips to france and the wonderful times i had there.

I have been using Precious Cream for over 2 years and I really love it!! My skin is very sensitive and it doesn't make my skin break out. It is a great wrinkle fighter. It doesn't make my nose feel greasy or shiny even in the summertime!!
