I tried the one without SPF at my local Sephora but they were soldout so I bought this one. The consistency is so different I freaked out a little. However I decided to give it a chance and I'm so glad I did. This cream is very thick, with consistency closer to a balm, however it sinks in to my skin without much effort, leaves a velvety feeling and no shine what so ever. My skin feels properly moisturized without being oily or sticky and it smells great! Will keep buying it again and again!

Okay, I have to write a review for this cream. I have used it for three weeks now, after having first used a sample tube. This is the best moisturizer with SPF that I have ever used! My skin looks radiant! I have
sensitive skin with rosacea, and with most moisturizers I used, my skin would itch and break-out, but not so with this cream. A little goes a very long way. I put a pea-sized amount in the palm of my hand and dab it to liquify it a little, them I spread it on my face. I love it!!

I love the cream but I hate the narrow mouthed jar. I've been buying
Immortelle Precious cream since you came out with it and the wide mouthed jar it used to come in was so easy to use efficiently. I don't know if there's a lot less product in this jar or what but it doesn't last nearly as long and is much more difficult to get out the amount I want to use. Since it took me years to find a product that my face likes I haven't switched to any other product but I wish the jar hadn't changed.

This new formulation is a complete change from the old. New sunscreen means no more white mask! The smell is just like the precious cream. Couldn't be happier with the new change.

My all time fav! I will never go back to any of the old brands, they have hooked me for life. This daily treatment keeps my skin smooth and moist without a greasy side effect. I noticed an immediate difference the first time and am even more exited that there is now SPF 20 in the product.

This is the only product I have found that helps lighten my blotchy complexion during the day, leaves it smelling wonderful, and doesn't smother or clog my pores. The SPF 20 protection is also an extra bonus, as I tend to get discolorations from post-acne scars and blemishes.

I really love this cream. However my aged skin doesn't look any less aged. Maybe there is something for over 60 outdoor people I dont know about. Wish I had this cream when I was 20 and I probably would have an unwrinkled face now!!!!! I think I am past hope.

I normally use the
Immortelle Precious cream without spf. Sephora only carried
Immortelle with spf 20 so I purchased it. I used it for the first time yesterday. The consistency is like tootpaste & it just smells horrible. Whoever is responsible for this product should take a closer look & smell. I just can't bear to use it, It needs something to mask the horrible odor. I just ordered the new
anti-aging cream, which I sampled in the store & will continue to use
Immortelle cream without spf.

This moisturizer is very sticky and difficult to apply. It looks like clown paste when first applied then gradually darkens to about a shade lighter than my natural color. Very different from the regular
Immortelle Moisturizer (w/o spf).

Please bring back the Protective Lotion spf 15 that was discontinued! I purchased a jar of this product for daytime use when that went away and this product does not perform. It leaves my skin tight and feeling unmoisturized. I love other
Immortelle products and will continue to use the Precious Cream at night but please give us back the day lotion. Not sure how this product went so wrong when all the others are so wonderful.

I've used the
Immortelle products, off and on, for many years. When I found out that there was a new product with SPF I was very excited. However, I am not pleased with it. I feel as if I'm rubbing chalk on my face. I have very
dry skin and feel like this doesn't moisturize well at all. It also leaves my fingers feeling sticky after applying. I would very much like to return this product outright, but can't due to company policy. I would highly recommend trying a sample before spending the money

I have loved most of the other
Immortelle products that i have tried, but this was not one of them. It was like putting on bad sunscreen. There was a notable difference in the feel and texture of the precious creams with and without sunscreen. I would not recommend the sunscreen version to a friend.

Disappointing. Should have tried a travel size before investing $58. This product dries to a sticky white residue. My skin felt tight and not moisturized. It was not a good make-up base. My dermatologist (now retired) consulted for Revlon and he always advised me not to use a combination product (e.g. sunscreen/moisturizer.) Lesson learned. I do love the texture of
Immortelle Very Precious Night Cream, and the Eye Balm, though I have not used either product long enough to note results.

This is the Best day cream ever! Made my skin supple and even toned, very pleasant smell made my mornings pleased.

I have been using this product for a couple of months now and I love what it has done for my skin. It is very effective in protecting my face from sun damage for surprisingly long periods of time. I can tell because other parts of my body that I left sunscreen off of are burned. It has a very light feel. So long to the days of putting cheap sunscreen on my face! Thank you L'Occitane.

This cream is lovely. Thick and rich, but absorbs completely and doesn't make my
oily skin greasy at all. Has a semi-matte, glowy finish that I love. The scent is the usual
immortelle scent that I love as well. Unfortunately this contains only 6.6% titanium dioxide which is totally inadequate sun protection for me, but probably why it looks and feels so good.

Advice:
Apply every morning to cleansed face and neck. Its texture is easy to apply: dab a dime-sized amount into the palm of hand and gently rub hands together to liquefy the cream. Gently apply and massage into skin. Provides an excellent base for make-up.
In the evening, for a complete
anti-aging routine, use the Precious Cream or the Very Precious Cream.
