Lavender Eau de Cologne

I enjoy this new scent very much! It has a light floral and lavender scent to me. I spray my sheets every night and myself every day with this beautiful light scent.

I love, love, love this fragrance! it smells like Summer in Tuscany or Provence!...I love the citrus infusion. I liked the previous lavender scents...but this is so much better!!Absolutely does not smell like funiture polish to me!!

I love this fragrance. I think it is light and refreshing. It stays all day with out being overpowering. Hands down it is my new favorite.

I was disappointed to find out that the fragrance I finally settled on after years of searching was discontinued - Eau de la Recolte Bleue: Lavender Harvest. However, I fell in love with this one immediately. I liked that my chemistry picked up the Freesia in the Lavender Harvest, but this Lavender cologne is much more sultry and sensual. I find myself smelling my arms all day. Only thing is the bottle is a little wide for my hands so I pour it into a smaller bottle to avoid dropping it.

This lavender is newly formulated ... a memorable, happy scent. I like it as much as my all time favorite, Feu d'Orange. Merci, L'Occitane.

This scent has been reformulated and is better than ever. I don't think I have been as happy since Feu d'Orange went out.

I love lavender, but find it too medicinal to wear alone. This is a great lavender mix. I usually wear Recolte Bleue and am a one-signature-cologne type person, but this one won me over also! I think perhaps it is a little lighter scent, slightly less woodsy/musk. So now I wear one or the other depending on my mood. I hope they keep both around for a long time.

I don't know why I'm seeing women reviewing this scent as if it's made for WOMEN. This is a COLOGNE. It's for MEN. There was one reviewer that actually wrote "I had to double check to make sure it wasn't made for men". It IS made for men. And yet another lady that wrote "I wore the previous EAU DE PARFUM for 6 years and then it was pulled from the shelves and replaced with this". Ladies, this is NOT a PARFUM. How is it that so many women don't know the difference between perfume and cologne?

I ordered this scent hoping it would smell like the original Lavender scent from years ago, but this one is very light and fresh. I prefer a stronger Lavender scent but I like that this one is subtle and not overpowering.

I absolutely adore this sent, but find it doesn't last terribly long on me. Does anyone have any layering tips on how to make it last longer?

I absolutely love this scent. Its perfect for the summer. My absolute favorite perfume is Cartier (eau de cartier) and this smells like a lighter version of it. I would've given it 5 leaves instead of 3 but the scent does fade way to fast. I have to spray myself like a mad person before I leave my house and by mid day I don't smell it anymore.

I like this lavender cologne but when I purchased it, I thought it would be more like the original Lavender cologne from several years back. I think if this one was more woodsy, it would be wonderful. However, if you like citrusy scents, then you will like this because it has a fresh, citrus scent mixed with the lavender.

While this is nice enough - it is not an exact duplicate of the scent you get in the hand cream. I received a sample of the hand cream in the new Lavende line & loved the fragrance - so ordered this based on that ... it's nice, but not what I was expecting so I am a bit disappointed

I was deeply disappointed in this fragrance! I love all things lavendar ... except this spray! This truly smells of an old bottle of Avon forgotten in the back of my grandmother's cabinet and found 20 years later! I thought maybe it was just my "nose" but after I asked several honest friends to give it a sniff, they concurred ... it's awful! I purchased this online, but will be returning it to my local store. Very sad & disappointed! BTW, the 1 leaf rating was required to post.

Why? Only one morning that I have worn the "new" lavender - So far not happy. LOVED the old one. Biggest disappointment - when I bought it in the store - the staff assured me that it was only "new" packaging so I bought it anyway. Will write back if I change my mind - but so far - NOT happy.

I am disappointed that the scent is not pure lavender.

Disappointing indeed! This is nothing like the original which is so fabulous--please bring back the original please! This smells like room freshener in a bad way.

Shame on you for changing one of the most beautiful fragrances ever. The new version smells like drug store after shave.

I'm Really disappointed in this on a number of levels. I wore the previous lavender eau de parfum for over 6 years--then it was pulled from the shelves and replaced with this new formula, which is eau de toilette, a completely weak and completely different scent. I cannot believe I had to spend $48 on this huge bottle to discover it is nothing like the scent that was just inexplicably discontinued. I'm seriously thinking about taking my other L'Occitane business elsewhere.

I also was disappointed with this fragrance. It is so weak and does not smell like lavender so much.

WHY?! Bring back my Lavender fragrance that actually smells of lavender and not like some off brand furniture cleaner!
