Purifying Rice Toner (Travel Size)

This feels great when you put it on your skin. It doesn't make your skin tight, but you can tell that it takes out that extra oil. The combo of the wash, toner and lotion are fantastic! I love this face care system.

I started using the product; it has a very soft pleasant fragrance. I have oily skin with pimples, but the product removes the dark and red spots on the face. So far, I like the product!

Great product when used with the cleanser! I have used all of my product up. I recommend this product to anyone. I have sensitive skin and the sales person instructed me to use it once a day and I used the product for more than six weeks and my face looked and felt great! I even received compliments from friends.

Big fan. I usually don't see the point of a toner, but this one is mattifying and that's a blessing to my skin. I like the texture (usually just pour in the palm of my hand and then sweep hands over my face) (cotton wool gets stuck in my scruff :) ). The scent is light and I feel it helps to keep my skin more balanced.

Love the entire Red Rice line. The toner is a must for helping your face to feel extra fresh and clean. Very gentle and used together with the other three products has done wonders clearing up my acne and oil like no other product has done before. I love how fresh my face feels at night after using this product.

I have to admit I didn't like this product at first either. It left my face feeling sticky after putting it on. Then I realized less is definitely more and you need to let it dry before applying any other product. This toner does an excellent job of controlling oil and I have noticed that my skin is clearing up. I use it in combination with the cleanser and I love it. Definitely consider this line if you have oily acne prone skin.

A little goes a long long way. Controls oil and helps reduce acne. I got this for my nephew and it clears out his face in just a few days.

I have been depending on the rice products for a few years now to keep my oiliness in check. I use the toner twice a day; once in the morning to prepare my face for makeup by absorbing excess oil and then at night to remove all traces of makeup after cleansing. After reading the above review about the smell, I had to go get my bottle of toner and SMELL it. I can't imagine how anyone would be adverse to it! It has a soft sweet almost babylike smell, so pleasant. I love it! Everything about it!

After I started doing regular photo shoots I needed something that would clean my face with out giving me that chemical treated look (which would usually result in terrible skin irritations later). I have recently purchased the whole Red Rice line, and I must say, I do like this product. It helps my skin feel really fresh & clean after cleansing, but for some reason these last few nights using it has made the skin above my top lip area feel a little stung. Besides that, it is a great product, and relieves oil from the skin.

I have combo skin & was recommended this toner along with the Red Rice cleanser. The cleanser isn't too bad, but after a few uses I need to switch out my toner. It dried out and stung my skin, and I felt like it was more of a burden using it. I switched over to Angelica toner, which is a lot softer, but can tend to hydrate too much. They just need a toner that's in-between these two, just less stingy and more refreshing.

This is worst toner ever! I have combination and post acne marks on my skin. After I used this toner my skin stings and it's red just like a crab! and I notice I have more breakouts after 2 days of usage. This is just disaster for my sensitive skin and a waste of money.

It left my skin sticky and then dried my face out too much even though I do have pimples.

I have the oiliest of all oily skins and nothing has worked for me in the past. However, this product is amazing! It took about 10 days for me to see results, but it worked. It works best if you use it with the Red Rice Cleanser.

I am a huge L'Occitane fan, and being that my skin is incredibly oily, I really want to use this toner and the cleanser, but I can't get over the smell. It is terrible and drives me crazy all day if I use it. I don't even know what it smells like, just that I hate it. I wish they made an unscented version!

This product is not really necessary if you don't use makeup. I think its a good one to use with the whole 'Rice'/'Riz' line of products but you can live without it. Sometimes, it leaves a few tiny 'white flakes' on drying. Other than that I think its a good one if you have an oily skin and prone to getting acne.

I bought this product one week ago along with the cleanser for my AM cleansing routine ( I use a more aggressive regime for the evening and wanted something gentle for oily skin). The toner is great! It has a nice smell and is NOT harsh at all-just refines and smoothes. This is a great line and is perfect for my oily skin. I am thrilled so far!

Oily or combo skin? Get this product line Now! Entire line is a godsend for us. You won't believe your skin can be so soft, smooth and oil-free. My pores are shrinking after 1 wk of use. I keep touching my face in disbelief at the results. Not oily upon waking in the a.m., not at noon, only slightly by nighttime. Silky under makeup. Wow. And none of the taut dryness other oil control products cause. I've been searching for this all my life. For skeptics, try the travel sizes. Just do it

Questionable--although I cannot be certain, after a month of use, I suspect that my use of this product is causing deep blemishes and congested pores. Though I have oily skin, experience the aforementioned acne issues only began after use of this product. I have done some experimenting, eliminating and alternating products in my regimen, and I believe this toner is the culprit. I will continue to investigate to be more sure.

i bought this in a travel size and just received it yesterday. I was nervous to try it because I break out from every little thing!! I used it along with my gentle honey cleanser. When I woke and looked in the mirror I was so so happy!! No nasty shine, my skin didn't look like I was up all night.Today I'm getting this bigger size, thanks L'Occitane!!!
