Shea Butter Extra Gentle Soap - Milk

Just received this bar of soap today and have already washed my face with it. I specifically bought it to use on my face every day so I'll see how it does after a few weeks of using it. The size of it is huge and I'm sure it will last me a very long time. From just the first wash I did with it, my face feels silky and smooth. I look forward to putting in another review after a few more uses.

I started using this soap over 4 years ago! It is the absolute best soap on the planet. I never use anything else. It does not dry out your skin and I use it on my face with no problems! I love it! I am so glad I found this soap!

This milk soap is the best bar of soap I have ever used. I am hooked on it and have now used it for over 2 years. There is no need to try any other bar soap again. I wish L'Occitane would make an eau de toilette in the milk scent.

I've purchased pure shea butter from Africa but it didn't do what the Shea Butter line of products that L'Occitane offers does. This soap is amazing, I even use it on my face. I'm 60 years old, fair with VERY thin fragile skin and mild rosacea. I tend to break out on my back but using this soap with a back brush has eliminated that and my skin is soft and supple, not dry or tight. It was a hard sell to get me to use a pressed soap after years of trying shower gels and liquid soaps, glad I did.

This soap is amazing! I've been using it now for many years. Prior to using this soap, I had really dry skin (esp. in the winter). This soap took care of that immediately. I'll never go back to any other soaps because of this. Even when I travel, I take the travel-sized version of this soap with me. Plus, it's even gentle enough for my face to where it does not make my face break out. This soap is the total package folks! :-)

This is my soap of choice. It cleans, rinses and moisturizes very well. I have super sensitive skin and I have had a problem with most soaps that I have used but never with the Shea Butter soap from L'occitane.

I am 40 years old and have always had acne. One day I ran out of my Ivory soap and I found a travel size of the milk soap that my husband had brought home from a hotel in Paris. I could not believe how quickly it cleared up my acne! My teenagers are using it now faster than I do. It really works for acne prone skin.

In my recent order this soap was included as a gift. I have always been a shower gel person. I decided to try it tonight and wow, it's great. I will buy a full size with my next order. I would like to try the verbena scent as well. Keep up the good work L'OCCITANE!

Really the best soap I've ever used.

My doctor told me to stay away from fragranced products because they cause breakouts! Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible to find unfragranced products. However, this product hasn't seemed to break out my skin and it seems to clean better than shower gel does. It makes me feel like I need to moisturize after a shower, though and the smell is a little different than I'd like it to be. It lasts a while, so a good value. The smell, yeah, pick a different one.

I Got this as a travel size in a set of other stuff. Didn't expect much from a bar of soap but was very pleasantly surprised. I have used almost the entire bar. I shave with it, etc. I prefer the milk scent to the verbena, would love to try the lavender scent.

This soap lathers wonderfully and cleans very well. I received a small sample bar in a gift set and I like it so much that I purchased the full size. Just a note, the large bar it too large for your travel size soap dishes.
