Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and are scheduled arrive within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge per address, we can expedite delivery by Federal Express to most destinations in 2 - 3 business days.

Standard Delivery
FedEx Ground will deliver your package within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. Most of the orders shipped with Standard FedEx Ground option on the East Coast can be expected sooner (within 2 - 4 business days). To determine when your package will arrive, please determine the number of Shipping Days to your location from the map below and add two additional days for order processing.
Standard Delivery - PO Box / APO / FPO Delivery
We are able to deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO Addresses through SmartPost: a joint partnership between FedEx and the USPS. Packages are initially handled by Fedex and then are taken to their final destination by the USPS. Please note that this service may be tracked up to the point that the USPS assumes the delivery and not beyond that point. Please add a few extra days for delivery.
Express Delivery
For an additional fee, we will provide Express Delivery by Federal Express to most destinations. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two to three business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrive on Wednesday or later.)
Overnight Delivery
For an additional fee, we will provide Overnight Delivery by Federal Express to most destinations. If you have questions about the availability of overnight delivery to your shipping location, please check with customer service. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrive on Tuesday.)
Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) which include alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

International Orders:
We now accept orders with International billing addresses from certain countries. Please visit the checkout process to see if your country is included. If you wish to ship an order internationally, please our international portal at www.loccitane.com for a list of countries that accept eCommerce orders.
Out of Stock Items:
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. L'OCCITANE does not back order.
Shipping Promotions:
Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Returns Policy
It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the receipt of purchase. After 30 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 60 days after receipt. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
Returns can be made through one of our boutiques or through our customer service department, regardless of whether the merchandise was originally purchased online or in a boutique. However, we are only able to process returns if the products were purchased from L'OCCITANE directly – through one of our retail locations, our website or our mail order department. We are not able to process returns that were purchased through any of our wholesale partners. .

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase on line in any denomination of $25, $50 or $100. For more information or to purchase click here.
Gift Cards are available for redemption on-line and at any L'OCCITANE boutique. Gift cards may be redeemed by telephone order (1-888-623-2880).
When you purchase your gift certificate regular shipping charges are added, as well as sales tax, if applicable.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is collected on total merchandise orders delivered to: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Some states also require us to collect sales tax on shipping charges.
