Most of the orders shipped with Standard FedEx Ground option on the East Coast can be expected sooner (within 2 - 4 business days). Standard Delivery - PO Box / APO / FPO Delivery
We are able to deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO Addresses through SmartPost: a joint partnership between FedEx and the USPS. Packages are initially handled by Fedex and then are taken to their final destination by the USPS. Please note that this service may be tracked up to the point that the USPS assumes the delivery and not beyond that point. Please add a few extra days for delivery.
For an additional fee, we will provide Express Delivery by Federal Express to most destinations. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two to three business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrive on Wednesday or later.)

If you have questions about the availability of overnight delivery to your shipping location, please check with customer service. Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) which include alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after receipt. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
Returns can be made through one of our boutiques or through our customer service department, regardless of whether the merchandise was originally purchased online or in a boutique. However, we are only able to process returns if the products were purchased from L'OCCITANE directly – through one of our retail locations, our website or our mail order department. We are not able to process returns that were purchased through any of our wholesale partners. .
