This isn't the best one for me! It's just good I have very very very sensitive skin and I can't believe that L'occitane didn't continue on Ultra comforting SERUM. I still use this cream but it doesn't helps with redness and sensitivity as much as the serum one did.

This is the best cream. I can't bealieve that L'OCCITANE wants to discontinue it. I have very sensitive skin. This cream helps with the redness and sensitivity. The skin is beautiful after applying.Please keep the cream. Don't discontinue it!!!!

Please, please, please, please do not discontinue. I have very sensitive skin, with moderate acne. I have been to many dermatologists and tried many products. I just found this a month ago and it has saved my skin. I would recommend this for most people. I'm just not sure how this will do in the winter when it gets more dry. Anyone else with similar skin have something they add or switch to in the winter?

I've only been using this cream for a few days but I must say I love it. I have sensitive skin and have a hard time finding a good moisturizer that doesn't cause me to break out. This is my first time trying this moisturizer and I have a feeling it will be the one I keep coming back to.

This is the only moisturizer I can use on my face. Every other I've tried has irritated my VERY sensitive skin. THANK YOU, L'OCCITANE, for offering this gentle yet rich cream for those of us with impossibly sensitive skin. I don't know what I'd do without it!!!

I have incredibly sensitive skin, and this product is amazing. I even use a dab on my 3 year old who suffers from dry, sensitive skin on his face. Although quite expensive, a very little bit goes a long way. Thank you!

I use this cream daily. I used to use it with "Ultra Comforting Serum" which was the ONLY cream that can solve my skin. I have sensitive and thin skin that is dry and yet oily on the T zone. So, Please keep it a regular item(BOTH of them)

I was sad to hear that this is being discontinued, as this is really the only thing that has kept my skin soft and clear since being diagnosed with rosacea several years ago. My skin was FINALLY back to normal. Tried the Shea Ultra Gentle Moisturizer, but within two weeks, the ruddy tone was back and then my face started breaking out again. Switched back to the Ultra Comforting Cream and everything healed up within a couple of weeks. Please don't discontinue it!!!

I love this cream! I have Lupus, which causes my skin to be very red and sensitive. This is one of the few creams that works for me and even relieves my discomfort from the disease-related rashes.

I found this by trying samples. Used a form of Ultra Moisturizing cream for years. But it went from 15% shea to 8%, then 5%, not enough for dry skin in a dry climate. The Cream seems thin, but works well without being heavy/greasy, it doesn't seem to last as long as equal amount of previous products, making it more expensive, but moisturizer that lets my skin breathe & not break out is worth it. I trael a lot. The Edina MN store didn't have samples. Both in HI did, making this discovery possible.

I love Shea and Cotton Comforting Cream! I have been using it for almost 3 years. I have very sensitive skin, and this cream only helps. I can't believe you want to discontinue it. Think about your costumers!

I bought this cream because I wanted a neutral cream to use when my skin feels like I have thrown too much at it--retinols, AHAs, microderms, lasers, etc. I have normal/combo skin and I will break-out if a cream has too much oil in it. This cream has never broken me out and it feels just perfect when I want a calming, hydrating cream. My skin feels great in the morning after putting it on at night--which is the only time I use it as I always us SPF for the day.

I love this cream! It leaves my skin feeling soothed and hydrated - and I wake up looking refreshed! A little goes a long way and I love that it is the right size for airline travel requirements. I use it after the Ultra Comforting Cleansing Milk and Fresh Face Water.

I didn't love this cream. Please don't get me wrong, I LOVE L'Occitane, so I was expectine a miracle with this cream. I previously used Immortelle cream and loved it but wanted something a bit more moisturizing. Well, the Ultra Comforting Cream proved too moisturizing and broke me out and made my skin red and itchy, which is the opposite of what it's supposed to do! Conclusion- use this only if you have very dry skin. I myself have combination skin.

I bought this cream for my mom, who has extremely sensitive skin. After trying this, my mom said that her skin has never felt so truly comfortable, with no itching or irritation what so ever! Also, the redness in her face has gradually faded. An amazing product! It's no surprise that this cream seems constantly out of stock! If you have extremely sensitive skin or have had serious allergic reactions to other skincare items - even for "sensitive skin" - I highly recommend this cream!

I love this cream! I have super sensitive dry skin. I use this over my fav product which is the the Ultra Comforting Serum. It's not heavy or greasy. Not only does it make my skin feel softer, it looks softer.

I have been using a moisturizer from another US natural brand, and it did nothing much on my skin and even worse, recently, my face got red, rash and peeling. I bought and tried several products to stop the red and rash till I went to L'Occitane, and they recommended this for my face and gave me the samples. After first try, my skin was heeled and smooth, it's really amazing. Now red and rash are gone and no more peeling. Highly recommend for damage and allergic skin.

Where has this been my whole life???? I've tried everything under the sun for years to calm my sensitive, sometimes dry, sometimes oily, RED, and inflamed skin!! And within a week of use, I have the most beautiful skin again! My skin is no longer red, broken out, dry, or peeling! It doesn't sting or burn! I haven't had skin like this since I was 20 years old! Living near Merz Apothecary, it's very difficult to find a product that I'm "WOWED!" by. I have combination oily/sensitive/dry/temperamental skin, and this creme is the first facial cream I've ever used that addresses all of my skin's "issues." It goes on lightly, and my redness has diminished remarkably. My sensitive, dry skin is soothed, my oily bits are not irritated into acting out, and my skin is soft and even. I wish they made a body cream!

This truly is a miracle product. I have been having problems with sensitive skin ever since, and it's been tough for me to find a cream that wouldn't cause irritation or breakeouts. This cream is so comfortable and soothing, it moisturises all day long, and I have ultra dry skin. I am so grateful to L'occitane, I will be using this for the rest of my life. My search for a perfect moisturiser has ended. I am relieved.

This is the first product I have found that is truly fragrance free. Ususally when a product says - fragrance free - it still has some type of smell to it. This cream really has a very smooth creamy feel to it and no smell. I was quite happy with the way it worked so I bought the whole line. My husband has a very sensitive nose and this is the first time he hasn't been able to tell when I have a cream or moisturizer on my face. Great job, L'Occitane!!!

Two weeks ago, I got a sample ofthis product. I tried this one. I really liked it. It is so smooth and feel so mosturizing to me. I went to the boutique and bought it. It is really nice and I want to use this one forever. I think that I might be use everything in this new line.

I received the sample in the mail and tried it. Wow- it didnt make me itch or burn or flush red like every other supposed "for sensitive skin"product. I went to the L'Occitane store and bought the whole set and have been using it since. Finally, something that works for me!
